1) Register for the Conference by filling out the form provided. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept credit card payments so the conference fee will have to be payed by cash, cheque or money order. Follow the instructions on the registration form and then either mail the cheque or money order to the address listed, or bring it with you to the conference and pay when you sign in at the registration table.

Cheques or money orders IN CANADIAN FUNDS ONLY should be made out to The University of Calgary and sent to the address below:

2) Reserve your room at the Banff Center. Fortunately the Banff centre does accept credit cards.

If you wish to share accommodations visit our "shared accommodations list".

If you wish to stay at other accomadations in Banff, we recommend that you try:

- The Ptarmigan Inn or
- Caribou Lodge

3) Submit your abstract and indicate whether you would prefer a talk or a poster presentation.

DON'T FORGET - You need to make your own travel arrangements both to Calgary and between Calgary and Banff!
