The items covered in the registration form are:
1) The conference registration fee of
$240 CDN for faculty and post-docs and $120 CDN
for students.
The registration fee provides
a registration reception,
a conference banquet,
and the meeting facilities and equipment.
Cheques or money orders IN CANADIAN FUNDS ONLY should be made out to The University of Calgary and sent to the address below:

Two other items that are not covered in the conference registration are
room and travel for which
you will have to make your own arrangements!
We have reserved a block of
57 rooms for four nights (the nights of May 25-28 inclusive)
in the
Professional Development Centre which is the main registration building.
The rooms will cost approximately:
- $188 CDN per person per night based on single occupancy

Rooms at the Banff Center
include both breakfast
and lunch buffets, and full access to the
Sally Borden Recreation Facility.
If you wish to stay at other accommadations in Banff over the weekend, we
recommend that you try:
